How to Create An Online Signature

Have you been wondering how bloggers got their online signature after their posts? I have. And I finally discover how they do it. So, here’s sharing a tutorial on how to add your online signature. First go to www.mylivesignature.com and then click start now, to create your free online signature. Choose which method you want to use to create your signature. I’m going to choose using the signature creation wizard. Then you will be directed to a step by step process. Just follow the instruction given and you will not be lost. You will be ask to enter the name, choose font style and font height. Once you’re done with those details, you are now halfway of having your online signature. You will then be asked if you want to use the signature. Just click yes then an HTML code will be generated for you. Copy the code and log in to your wordpress account. On your dashboard, go to users and click signature options. Then paste the HTML code to the given space and you are done.  Check your blog and you now have your signature. How to Create a Badge

When I started making friends online thru blog hopping, I have been seeing a lot of this “square button” which says “grab my badge”. Being a newbie at that time, I have been wondering how to create those colorful and cutie square button which they actually called a Badge. I dig the web for online tutorial and thankfully I have found lots of them. Just like me, I know there are lots of noob bloggers out there who’s rescue are online tutorials. So after successfully creating my badge thru an online guide, I thought of writing my own version of tutorial on badge making. I hope this will help the newbies out there who wants to have their own badge. Lets get started. First, you have to create your badge image either in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready, Adobe Illustrator or GIMP. Just set the image size to 125 x 125 pixels. As soon as you get your badge image ready, save it to your computer then upload it on your photobucket account. Once uploaded, position your cursor on the uploaded image. How to Add a Custom Header in WordPress Theme

When I move from Blogger to Wordpress, I was having a hard time poking my blog’s appearance. I thought wordpress platform is not user friendly. unfortunately, whining won’t help me so took time to familiarize its features. I was then able to tweak my blog’s appearance slightly. One of them was changing the custom header on my purple pastel theme created by Mel Pedley. So, how do you change your custom header? First thing first, log in to your wordpress account. On your dashboard, select Themes under Appearance tab. To select which theme you would like to install to your blog, choose Install theme. You have different option to search for a theme. Either by keyword, author or tag. Or you can either choose between the featured, newest and recently updated themes. Or, if you have a custom theme, just choose upload to upload your custom theme. Once you have chosen a theme for your blog, install and activate the theme. Now, for you to customize your header, just select header under the appearance tab on your dashboard. How to Claim Word Press Blog in Alexa

Recently I have moved this blog, from blogger to wordpress platform with a custom domain. I have notice that my alexa rank is still showing the ranking of my old blogger blog. I then figured out that I need to add my new domain on my alexa account and have it claimed in order to track my ranking. So, here’s a short tutorial on how to claim your wordpress blog in alexa. Log in to your Alexa account. Under your account, select your sites and then click add. Then you will be directed to claim your site page. Just add your URL and click claim your site. Then choose option number 2. This will show alexa that you can upload contents to that URL, for you to be able to claim your site. Copy the meta tag given to your blog's homepage. To add your meta tag to your homepage, just log in to your wordpress account. On your dashboard, go to appearance and select editor. Then select Header (header.php) and paste the code and finally hit update file. Go back to your Alexa account and then click verify my meta tag. You will then be prompted to a message
